Tournament rules

Overview:  

This tournament is designed to promote well-being through teamwork and healthy competition. Teams will complete various well-being tasks to earn BzzCoins. At the end of 12 weeks, the team with the most BzzCoins will have a chance to win up to $10,000 to share. Cheating will result in disqualification. 

Duration: 

  • The tournament lasts 12 weeks. 

Team Formation: 

  1. Team Size: Teams must consist of 3-10 members. 
  2. Registration: Each participant must register and join a team before the start date. 
  3. Team Name: Each team must choose a unique name upon registration. 

Earning BzzCoins: 

  1. Tasks: Team members can earn different BzzCoins by completing well-being tasks, and the accumulated coins are counted towards the team pot. 
  2. Points System: 
    • Each task will have a set number of BzzCoins based on difficulty and impact. 
    • Bonus BzzCoins may be awarded for completing team missions; which are tasks that can not be completed individually but as a team they can work together to achieve the mission. 
  3. Leaderboard: A leaderboard will dynamically update to reflect the teams’ standings based on BzzCoins earned. 

Cheating and Disqualification: 

  1. Cheating Definition: Any attempt to falsify task completion or otherwise gain an unfair advantage. 
  1. Investigation: If a team member is found guilty of cheating, that individuals contribution to the team pot will be deducted and the individual(s) cheating will be disqualified from any potential rewards. 

Prizes: 

  1. Winning Team: The team with the most BzzCoins at the end of 12 weeks will win a chance to claim up to $10,000 to share. 
  2. Distribution: Prize money distribution among team members will be shared equally between all team members. 

General Rules: 

  1. Respect and Sportsmanship: All participants must treat each other with respect and uphold sportsmanship throughout the tournament. 
  1. BzzHealth Admin Decisions: All decisions made by the Bzz Health team are final. 
  1. Rule Updates: Organizers reserve the right to update the rules as necessary. Participants will be informed of any changes.
